How do I cancel my purchase of SyncMo?

Refund Policy

We stand by our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not activated our product, then please contact us and we will be happy to issue a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have activated our products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Note on Trials

Please note that all of our trial products are one-off purchases. We do not believe in subscriptions or re-billing for any of our products. When your trial ends we leave it up to you to get another trial or buy a full license.

As such, you do not need to cancel anything to avoid a further charge.
