My adult toy won’t connect to SyncMo

Please ensure that your computer has Bluetooth turned on, and also make sure your adult toy is in discovery mode.

When you select Add Device in the Adult Toy Settings window, your adult toy should appear under the search box. When your toy appears, simply slick on it to connect.

Once your adult toy is connected to SyncMo, you can test whether it is working properly using the test up and down buttons in the Adult Toy Settings window.

If your adult toy is not connecting, then turn it off and then hold down the power button again for 5 seconds. After this, try to connect again. If this does not work, then please contact support [email protected] or visit www.sync-mo.com and contact us via Live chat.
